Governance Disclaimer – MonAI DAO

1. Decentralized Nature of the DAO

The MonAI governance framework is administered through a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) operating exclusively via smart contracts on the Monad blockchain. This DAO is not a registered legal entity, nor is it regulated under the laws of any specific jurisdiction. There is no central authority or individual controlling MonAI DAO—its operations are wholly driven by community consensus and decentralized decision-making.

2. Purpose and Function of $MONAI Governance Tokens

The $MONAI token exclusively grants holders the right to participate in DAO governance, including:

  • Voting on platform updates, protocol changes, and funding allocations.

  • Influencing the direction of AI agent development and feature rollouts.

$MONAI does not represent:

  • Equity, shares, or ownership in any legal entity.

  • Any form of debt, financial instrument, or security.

  • Rights to dividends, profit-sharing, or financial returns.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Founders and Core Contributors of MonAI are not liable for any financial losses or legal outcomes resulting from the use, purchase, or holding of $MONAI tokens.

  • Developers of the MonAI protocol make no guarantees regarding the absence of bugs, exploits, or vulnerabilities, and assume no responsibility for damages stemming from technical issues.

  • Smart Contract Signatories operate solely as executors of community-approved decisions and hold no personal legal or financial liability.
