Common Issues & Solutions (MonAI)
🧠 Misinterpreted Commands MonAI is conversationally powerful, but if your request isn’t understood correctly, try using clearer language or select from the suggested menu options to guide the bot.
⛓ Unsupported Token or Network Ensure the token or blockchain you’re referencing is currently supported by MonAI. You can adjust your prompt or check the latest supported list in the documentation.
⛽ Price or Gas Conditions Not Triggered If an automation didn’t execute, double-check if the trigger conditions (e.g., price threshold or gas limit) were actually met. You may need to wait longer or modify the conditions.
📌 Pending or Stuck Transactions Sometimes, transactions can stall due to network congestion. Try increasing the gas fee or wait a few minutes and reinitiate the action.
🚫 Inactive Bot If MonAI becomes unresponsive, remember: you always retain control. Simply import your private key into any supported wallet to manage your assets manually.
🔒 External Transfers Disabled Sending assets directly to external wallets is temporarily disabled and will be reintroduced in a future update.
📉 Outdated Data If results look stale, prompt MonAI with: “Refresh the data and show me again.” This ensures real-time information retrieval.
🌐 Data Source Unavailable If a source like GitHub or Twitter is temporarily down, MonAI may not be able to fetch updates. Please retry after some time or query an alternative source.
📚 Overly Broad Queries Too much data? Refine your query with filters like timeframe, platform, or keywords to narrow down the results.
🔍 No Data Found If no relevant info is found, consider expanding the date range or adjusting keywords to increase search coverage across platforms.
